About
Since the Cellular Revolution (there is no historical start date for this…it just sort of happened), payphones have become slowly obsolete. At one time, having a payphone in a business meant there was a steady enough stream of customers to warrent getting one installed. Nowadays, what does having a payphone (or two) in a business mean? Surely the phone companys have something to do with the payphone removals. Maybe they just weren’t making enough money. Who knows? If you know, fill me in on the details at abandonedpayphones@gmail.com
